As a Principal of Atrium Commercial, Jill delivers strategic market-leading knowledge and experience in multiple sectors of commercial real estate. Residential, retail, office and medical land sales and entitlement, new development, urban redevelopment and government work. Her expertise is focused in Orange, Osceola, Polk, Brevard, Volusia and Seminole Counties.

She successfully serves a regional and national network of clients by forming custom real estate solutions from her extensive comprehension of commercial real estate transaction structures and processes. Additionally, she has a strong network of relationships she has developed throughout the industry, both locally and nationally.

Since 2002, Jill has been involved in sale and lease transactions totaling more than $800 million. Jill graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor in Science and is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate. She is the former Chair of the City of Orlando Appearance Review Board and is a current appointed board member. She is a past member of the City of Orlando Municipal Planning Board and Governor appointed Regional Planning Council, District 6.

Principal

As a Principal of Atrium Commercial, JP's focus is on big-picture growth, targeting regional and institutionalized clients in all facets of commercial real estate. He has over 18 years of transaction experience, allowing him to serve clients effectively by providing short-term real estate solutions that align with long-term asset goals. Additionally, JP has a high level of experience negotiating with National Retailers, repositioning Shopping Centers, Leasing, Tenant Representation, Outparcel Sales, Ground Leases, and Investment Sales. His strong market knowledge and deeply rooted relationships within the commercial real estate sector translate into value for his clients.

JP has facilitated the sale and lease transactions totaling more than $600 Million Dollars. JP graduated Cum Laude from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor in Real Estate, is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker and has earned the prestigious CCIM – Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and ICSC – Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) Designations. He is an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), University of Central Florida Alumni (UCF).

Senior Associate

As a Senior Associate at Atrium Commercial, Rebekah specializes in leasing existing shopping centers, ground up development, selling and ground leasing outparcels. Rebekah has represented projects throughout Central Florida from Downtown Orlando to the East Coast. Prior to joining Atrium Commercial, Rebekah started in the industry with Bishop Beale Duncan in 2016 as an Intern for the Retail Department. Shortly thereafter, she moved into the role of Brokerage Coordinator and was exposed to multiple facets of commercial real estate ranging from land development, residential urban infill projects to retail leasing. Rebekah was promoted to an Associate specializing in retail leasing. She has worked with both local and regional clients in the market as well as local and national retailers.

Under the guidance of both Jill Rose and JP Beaulieu, coupled with a background in research and marketing, Rebekah brings a different perspective to leasing. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Central Florida and is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate.
